Children’s Sunday School
Sunday School at TMC could be renamed “ Wonderful Discovery Time.” Every Sunday morning beginning at 10:00 Ms. Mary and Ms. Pam greet children with smiles and anticipation of learning something new from each child. We enjoy the normal SS traditions like prayer, music, memory verses Bible stories, and more prayer. We do all of this with a splash of joy. As we participate with children they come to understand and know God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. While working with the children we instill in them the understanding that knowing God will relieve them of the anxiety and worry they often face. We strive to equip them with tools to strengthen their beliefs so they will genuinely feel and eagerly share love, peace, joy, kindness, and thankfulness. There are challenges that we encounter as we focus on the truths of our sacred Christian holy days and celebrations while understanding they live in a secular, holiday world.
